Return policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in original condition and packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Refund Policy (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shikdartrading.com.

 

Damaged Items

Our items are directly sourced from the Manufacturer and are in Sealed Factory Condition.

If the order you have received has been damaged due to transit. You must contact Canada Post (or the Shipping Carrier used) to create an investigation case on the order being damaged.

If specific cards or packs were received damaged, please contact the Manufacturer of the item at hand. They will be the ones who will provide support through their warranties.

Undelivered Items

If a package was undelivered to your address, we suggest contacting Canada Post or the Shipping Carrier used, and having them create an investigation ticket. We will do the same on our end.

If a package was undelivered to your address based on an incorrect shipping address you have entered. Shikdar Trading will refund your order however a $14.95 shipping-fee will be charged to the customer.

 

If Canada Post accepts the investigation, they are able to refund up to a maximum of $100 + the shipping amount charged. If you would like to purchase insurance on your order, please contact support@shikdartrading.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at suppot@shikdartrading.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to 1564 Carling Avenue, Ottawa Ontario K1Z 7M4, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
